1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing shredderski.com or using any Shredder services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

Shredder Ski LLC provides indoor ski and snowboard instruction, camps, birthday parties, open gym sessions, and related programs for children and families at locations across the United States.

3. Booking & Payment

All bookings are processed through our platform partner, HiSawyer. By completing a booking, you agree to the following:

  • Payment is due at the time of booking.
  • Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.
  • Promotional offers and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by program and location. Please contact your local Shredder directly for specific cancellation terms.

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

5. Assumption of Risk

Skiing and snowboarding involve inherent risks including but not limited to falls, collisions, and equipment-related incidents. By participating in Shredder programs:

  • Participants (or their parent/guardian on their behalf) acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.
  • Signed waivers are required before any participation.
  • Shredder maintains appropriate insurance coverage and follows rigorous safety protocols at all locations.

6. Photo & Video Release

By participating in Shredder programs, you consent to photographs and videos taken during sessions being used for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes. If you wish to opt out, please notify your location in writing prior to participation.

7. Age Requirements & Supervision

  • Programs are designed for specific age ranges. Please review program details before booking.
  • Parents and guardians are responsible for accurate age reporting.
  • Some programs (e.g., Open Gym) require a parent or guardian to be present on-site.
  • Staff-to-student ratios are maintained per program guidelines at all locations.

8. Code of Conduct

Respectful behavior is expected from all participants and their families. Shredder reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior compromises the safety or experience of others.

  • No refund will be issued for removal due to conduct violations.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, text, graphics, and other materials on shredderski.com are the property of Shredder Ski LLC. Logos, program names, and brand materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

10. Franchise Locations

Individual Shredder franchise locations are independently owned and operated. While all locations follow Shredder brand standards and curriculum, specific policies may vary by location. Please contact your local Shredder directly for location-specific terms and policies.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shredder Ski LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or website. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount of fees paid by you for the specific program or service giving rise to the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
